We are going to file an Affidavit Demanding AG Wieser take action to protect our rights.
The doctrine of parens patriae allows a state to bring an action on behalf of its citizens in order to protect its quasi-sovereign interests in their health, comfort, and welfare. Attorneys general sue as parens patriae for their citizens in many different contexts.
If he ignores us we will file an Affidavit of Mal-Administration on him and take it to Arbitration or the Grand Jury until he protects our rights as he was elected to do.
