Notice - a letter - yo, you're breaking the law or I as a constituent request/demand to be heard
Affidavit - a legal statement - yo, I swear under oath, you're breaking the law/are failing your sworn duty to represent me
Affidavit of maladministration - a legal statement - you suck at your job, you're corrupt, you legally have to knock that 💩 off
Petition for Remonstrance - we sent in all these things, proving that something is broken, the law requires you to fix it
Demand for jury trial - ah ah ah, stop ignoring us
Final step is to convene a grand jury where possible and do the jury trial yourself outside of the bar association's bs
Could also file a quo warranto as it has three roots - 1) illegally in office, 2) broke the law, 3) suck at your job due to corruption aka maladministration
Yeah, sometimes you are asking for help. But there's sending a nice letter (please sir may I have a crust of bread) and then there's sending a legal document (yo f--kers) ...
